It feels as if it has been a long time coming but the 2010 Olympic Winter Games start on Friday 12th February with the opening ceremony.
Then the games get underway in earnest. The curling starts on Tuesday 16th February when the GB men's team take on Sweden, the 2009 European Champions skipped by Niklas Edin. First stones will be thrown at 0900 local time that's 1700 GMT.
The women's team have a bye on the 16th., they play their opener against 2009 World Champions, China at 0900 local, 1700 GMT, on Wednesday 17th. February.
The Gold medal game in the women's event is scheduled for 1500 local on Friday 26th February, that's 2300 GMT, The men's final will be played at the same time on Saturday 27th. February.
