PRIMARY PERFORMANCE TARGETS: 2010
- By May 2010 to have won medals at 3 consecutive Winter Olympic/Paralympic Games
- By May 2010 to have won medals at both the 2010 Winter Olympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games
SECONDARY PERFORMANCE TARGETS: 2010
- Deliver the human, technical and financial resources for the athletes of the British Olympic Team and Paralympic Curling Team, required for athletic leadership in Olympic, Paralympic, World Universiade and European Youth Olympic Festival competition;
- Building our success on the relentless pursuit of excellence, transforming the British Curling system, to incorporate this philosophy through coach education, leadership and enriched environment for athletes from the entry level to the Olympic team;
- Develop a sustainable athlete development system that ensures we will continue to deliver podium results in curling competition beyond 2010.

PRIMARY PERFORMANCE TARGETS: 2014
- By May 2014, to have all British Curling Teams (Men, Women, Wheelchair and University) with a World ranking better than or equal to 5 for a period of 3 consecutive years
- By May 2014 to have won medals at 4 consecutive Winter Games (Olympic/Paralympic)
